MediPass

A rapidly expanding verification network for medical marijuana. Instant, accurate recommendation verification that protects patient data, all within seconds.

The receptionist scans the patient’s paper recommendation or their MediPass QR code. OCR extracts the details, the operator confirms them on a review step, and the network checks the recommendation against the provider. Valid means a green light and the patient walks in. Registered patients skip all of it: autocapture reads their pass and verifies it outright.

01Real-time verification. Recommendations are processed instantly to determine validity, allowing for immediate verification and entry.
02QR scanning & OCR. Photograph a paper rec and the fields extract themselves, then a review step lets staff correct anything glare or a cracked screen got wrong before submitting.
03Digital pass generation. A wallet pass for Apple and Google Wallet that turns every future check-in into a single scan.
04Multi-provider support. Verification across providers. Where a provider isn’t supported, MediPass still extracts the Patient ID and hands off to the right verification page.
05Records that file themselves. Original recommendation images and verification results upload automatically to the dispensary’s designated Google Drive folder.
06Encrypted end to end. Advanced encryption in transit and at rest, plus expiration reminders, access control and patient-side privacy settings.

A model is a card. A generation lands next to the cards that made it, joined by a coloured lineage border, so which prompt made this is answered by looking, not searching.

03A prompt engine, not a prompt box. Weighted preset categories with locks and excludes, assembled live, so one setup becomes a thousand coherent variations.

SYNAP, LLC is a software development firm specialising in automation, AI and machine learning. We are a multi-sector studio: the same team that ships a HIPAA-minded verification network for dispensaries also ships a 95,000-line native C++ creative studio and a community platform for music producers.
